Warranty Period:
Home Audio, Portables, Headphones: 1 year from retail delivery (5 years for non-powered speakers).
Car Audio, Marine, Powersports: 1 year.
Car Audio Premier Lines (Stadium, StadiumGTO, Arena): 3 years.
Warranty valid only for products purchased from authorized U.S. resellers and used in the U.S.
Coverage:
Defects in manufacturing, materials, and workmanship.
Exclusions:
Damage from accident, unreasonable use, or neglect.
Damage due to lack of maintenance or failure to follow the owner’s manual.
Damage caused by unauthorized repairs.
Deterioration of consumable components (e.g., batteries, headphone ear pads).
Damage to accessories or decorative surfaces.
Remedy:
At JBL’s discretion, repair, replacement, or pro-rated refund of the original purchase price.
Warranty service does not extend the original warranty period.
Shipping:
Handled by JBL via authorized service channels (customer responsible for shipping if not otherwise specified).
