by Boss
$269.99

Designed to take up a small amount of space and deliver a large assortment of effects and tones, the GT-1 from BOSS is a multi-effects pedal driven by its GT-series engine, which gives you access to the textures and tonal qualities of BOSS's notable effects, amplifiers, and more. With its intuitive controls for creating, editing, and triggering parameters, the pedal is suitable for electric guitar players operating in many disparate genres of music. The pedal features dual outputs, should you wish to route your signal in a stereo plane, and allows you to connect to BOSS Tone Central, where you can download free effects patches and editing software. It's relatively lightweight at 2.9 lb, and only a foot long from end to end.

Easy or Advanced Controls
The Easy Select function allows you to choose patches by genre, distortion, or effect type, while Easy Edit lets you tweak drive, modulation, and echo tones with little effort; for more advanced users, an intuitive interface provides deeper control over variable timbres via dedicated panel buttons
Classic BOSS Tone in One Pedal
A history of BOSS tones is available in this multi-effects pedal, from vintage sounds such as the OD-1 Overdrive to modern effects powered by MDP technology; the GT-1 also provides a phrase looper, large selection of COSM amp tones, BOSS amplifier tones, and other effects such as the Acoustic Simulator, Guitar Simulator, and more
Tone Central & Tone Studio
Included with this pedal are Tone Central and Tone Studio; Tone Central provides a plethora of free patch collections created by seasoned professionals and downloadable by you, while Tone Studio software provides editor/librarian tools for the GT-1, as well as integrated access to all the patch collections located at Tone Central
Computer Connectivity
In addition to providing access to BOSS Tone Central and BOSS Tone Studio, the GT-1's USB jack lets you record and re-amp tones with your favorite DAW
A Cornucopia of Control
The GT-1's three footswitches provide patch selection, tuner access, looper control, and more, while the dedicated CTL1 switch is freely assignable to functions like tap tempo, effects on/off, and numerous others parameters; the expression pedal and toe switch are assignable to volume, wah, and various effects, and, if you seek more control, you can plug two external footswitches into the GT-1
