MarkWorld warrants below products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for two (2) years for European customers from the date of original purchase, subject to limitations set forth herein (“Limited Warranty”).

Register your purchase filling in the previous form and you will receive 1 more year of warranty coverage on the products referred below. The extended warranty is currently available for EU customers. To join this extension of warranty the customer must register the new Markworld product on Markbass website: within 3 months from the original date of purchase. Set forth herein (“Extended Warranty).

This warranty, including both limited and extended, is applied only to the original customer when his product is purchased online from the MarkStore or from an authorized Markworld distributor or dealer, and may vary from country to country. Contact your local dealer or distributor for any clarification.

Our warranty is subject to the limitations set forth herein and refers specifically to below products:

MARKBASS
HEADS & CABINETS all series: 3- year electronics, 2- years speakers, non-transferable
COMBOS all series: 2- year electronics, 2- years speakers, non-transferable

DVMARK
HEADS & CABINETS all series: 3- year electronics, 2- years speakers, non-transferable
COMBOS all series: 2- year electronics, 2- years speakers, non-transferable

MARK AUDIO
All system models: 3- year electronics, 2- years speakers, non-transferable

Markworld warranty (both LIMITED and EXTENDED) covers the cost of both labor and materials on any repair deemed necessary by our Customer Service Representative for the period of warranty referring to the original purchaser. In the unlikely event that your product is destroyed, lost or damaged beyond repair, while in the possession of Markworld for repair, Markworld will replace that product with one of the same or most similar style of a value not in excess of the original purchase price of your product.

LIMITED WARRANTY:
To repair your gear under the Limited Warranty, contact your dealer or distributors and follow their instructions. Some states, provinces or countries do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not be applicable to you, contact your retailer for more details.

EXTENDED WARRANTY:
Having previously registered filling in the previous form your gear, to repair it under the extended warranty contact: warranty@markbass.it, inserting: product’s serial number, your EU retailer (official dealer, distributors or Markstore), description of malfunction and attacking the proof of purchase.

Warranty terms:

- LIMITED WARRANTY: the product must have been purchased from a dealer or distributor within the European Community to invoke EU coverage.
- EXTENDED WARRANTY: is guaranteed directly by Markbass for the products indicated, the product must have been purchased online from (link markstore.it) or from an authorized Markworld distributor or dealer. It is valid ONLY for products registered on Markbass website within 3 months from original purchase date. If the customer won’t register the product, the customer will have the Limited guarantee.
- The extended warranty does not cover the shipping costs.
- Claimed defects will be eliminated through repair or replacement at Markworld sole discretion with coverage for labor and material costs for the repair or replacement, compensation for any other damage is not covered.
- Any insurance covering the product, including but not limited to collector’s value insurance, must be carried by the owner at owner’s expense.
- Replacement of the product is at the technician’s discretion. In case of replacement the customers will receive the same product or (if it is not possible) a similar one for value and qualities.
- The guarantee does not cover compensation for damages do not insert in this warranty.
- Any faults do not produce a reduction of product value.
- Any risks of transport are charged by the customer. Markworld is not responsible for shipping damages during the transport from dealer to customer or shipping damages during the transport for repair.
- Customer is responsible for appropriate product’s packaging during the transport.
- This warranty does not affect the legal consumer rights and the effective and applicable laws of the individual countries of European laws, born from the purchase agreement.

This warranty does not cover:
1. any product that has been altered or modified in any way or upon which the serial number has been tampered with or altered.
2. any product whose warranty registration has been altered or upon which false information has been given.
3. Any non-factory installed electrical/electronic components or tuning hardware
4. Accidental or intentional damage
5. Any product that has been damaged due to misuse, negligence, accident, or improper use, handling, installation and/or operation including violation of the technical and safety standards.
6. The subjective issue of tonal characteristics.
7. Shipping damages of any kind.
8. Any product that has been subjected to extremes of humidity or temperature, incorrect main voltage, insufficient ventilation, or other incorrect cause beyond control of Markworld.
9. Normal wear and tear (i.e., worn frets, worn machine heads, worn plating, or damages to or discoloration finish for any reason).
10. Any product that has been purchased from an unauthorized dealer, or upon which unauthorized repair or service has been performed.
11. Any factory installed electronics after a period of one (1) year following the original date of purchase.
12. Cracking, discoloration, or damage of any sort to the finish or plating for any reason.
13. Damages caused by accidents, force, lightning, strike, fire, unsuitable ventilation, deposits of undefined substances, battery leakage or any other unforeseeable risks that Markworld can neither predict nor influence in any way.
14. Markworld reserves the right to redesign or improve/modify its products at any time without any obligation to modify previously manufactured products.

WARRANTY APPLICATION

You must register your Markworld product online here, (to join the extended warranty within 3 from the original date of purchase), your proof of purchase must be presented to claim warranty coverage and Markworld reserves the right to refuse free warranty service and to send the product back at customer’s cost should proof of purchase be missing.

When contacting MARKWORLD SERVICE CENTER, you must include a complete written description of the product malfunction and indication of serial number must be provided. No product may be returned to Markworld without obtaining a prior Return Authorization. Only Markworld may perform warranty service and any service performed by unauthorized persons will void this warranty. Markworld disclaims liability for defects or damage caused by services performed by unauthorized persons or non-warranty service not performed by Markworld.

The customer is responsible for saving all personal settings and data before submitting the product. Markworld cannot be held liable for the alteration or loss of any data.
To the extent feasible, defective components that qualify for coverage under this Warranty may be repaired or replaced at Markworld’s discretion without charge. If the qualified component is not repaired, Markworld may, at its sole discretion, either replace with a comparable product or refund the purchase price. Remedies beyond normal service repair of any Markworld product require both an evaluation and confirmation of the defect and a direct recommendation to Markworld from an authorized Markworld service center for alternative considerations.

All transportation and insurance charges, duty and taxes charges associated with warranty service and repairs on Markworld products are the responsibility of the customer, as is any service initiated for the purpose of customizing setups or adjustments beyond factory specifications. This Warranty does not cover initial standard setup and adjustment of the product and its components.

WARRANTY LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS

THIS WARRANTY IS EXTENDED TO THE ORIGINAL RETAIL PURCHASER ONLY AND MAY NOT BE TRANSFERRED OR ASSIGNED TO SUBSEQUENT OWNERS. IN ORDER TO VALIDATE YOUR WARRANTY, AND AS A CONDITION PRECEDENT TO WARRANTY COVERAGE HEREUNDER, YOU MUST RETURN REGISTER YOUR PRODUCT ONLINE AT MARKBASS SITE YOUR PROOF OF PURCHASE MUST BE PRESENTED TO CLAIM WARRANTY SERVICE.

MARKWORLD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR OTHER SIMILAR DAMAGES SUFFERED BY THE PURCHASER OR ANY THIRD PARTY, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION. DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS OR BUSINESS OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE PRODUCT, WHETHER IN CONTRACT OR IN TORT, EVEN IF MARKWORLD OR ITS AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, AND MARKWORLD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY EXPENSES, CLAIMS, OR SUITS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO ANY OF THE FOREGOING.

RED ONE Music reserves the right to refuse any order with Free Shipping which the website accidentally
offered but did not meet the criteria above. The client will be notified with an every day low shipping charge and asked if they would like to proceed with the order or have it cancelled. 

EXPORT POLICY 
  • All delivery charges and taxes will be added when applicable to the prices shown on our Website.
  • Duties and brokerage fees (if any) will be the sole responsibility of the customer, and may be collected by a third party.
  • Please make sure you have entered the correct information for your coordinates and currency to get the correct pricing for your location.
  • International shipping: We are not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges. 
  • We do not refund unclaimed or undeliverable packages due incorrect/missing information. If a package is returned as undeliverable/unclaimed, it is the customers responsibility to follow up with the postal carrier and absorb all fees related.
Note: If the name on your billing address does not match the name on your credit card it will delay your order. 
Note: In case of damage during transport, a claim must be submitted to customer service within 24-48 hours as of the day of the receipt of the item.

 

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING FEES

Music Red One offers free shipping on orders that exceed $200; however, reserves the right to charge additional shipping fees for the following delivery services:

  • Shipment that requires a tailgate delivery but was not mentioned prior to the delivery.
  • Shipment resulting in inside delivery.
  • Deliveries with a limited access, and/or additional handling depending on the weight and size of the shipment.
  • Address error or absence of consignee requiring a second or more attempt to complete a delivery.

 

RETURNS

  • All returned opened items are subject to a min 15% to maximum 25% restocking fee.
  • All returned items can take up to 10-14 days to be processed.
  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, returns will be accepted for store credit (less restocking fee & shipping) within 30 days of invoice date.
  • RED ONE Music will accept returns for defective goods that you have ordered from us within 30 days of invoice date for exchange only.
  • All Returns must contain all associated packaging and materials (ie accessories, manuals, wires, etc). Merchandise that is not returned in brand-new condition, including damages, abuse, marks, showing wear, or with missing packaging or accessories, will be subject to additional charges. Shipping and Handling charges (delivery and return) are non-refundable, including any shipping fees not directly incurred that are part of a free shipping promotion. Any items packaged with software, including but not limited to, DJ Controllers, Audio Interfaces, etc., must be returned with the original software disc including serial number and proof of deactivation.
  • Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for the following types of products: Customized, special order, used products, clearance products, expendable items, cartridges, replacement lamps/bulbs, opened computer hardware, rigging supplies, tape, needles, cleaner kits, effect fluid or juice, software, gels, music, displays/televisions/monitors or parts (replacement, repair or item components) - these products are final sale.
  • Returns or exchanges for the following items will only be accepted if they are in factory sealed packaging due to hygienic reasons: headphones & microphones.
  • All returns made MUST be authorized in advance by a customer service representative - and paper work dispatched to you via email. Your RMA form must be included in the box and your RMA number located on the waybill / packaging. Any returned items that arrive without prior approval or missing documentation may be rejected by our shippers. Once received, returns will be processed within 5 business days.
  • If your parcel was damaged in transport, please visit our Help Center and submit a ticket with your order number and include a picture of the exterior of the box, the interior of the box, and of the damaged product. No claims will be accepted without these pictures.
  • If you happen to receive a parcel that got damaged during transport, we must obtain the the following pictures in order to swiftly process a replacement:
    - outside of the shipping box along with a photo of the shipping label
    - inside packaging of the shipping box
    - the damaged unit itself
  • Refunds by e-transfer will be issued to the email address that is associated with your customer profile. The password will be sent to you in a separate email once the refund has been issued. Please note that a $5 service fee will be deducted from your total refund amount if:
    • e-transfer is not accepted in 15 calendar days
    • a change of email address is requested once the e-transfer has already been sent
    • a typo or error has been made in the email address that is associated to your customer profile

      RETURNS EXCEPTIONS
      This return policy covers the majority of our products, with the following exceptions:
      • Products accompanied by software
      • Harmonicas
      • Earplugs and in-ear monitors
      • Reeds

        WARRANTY
        • RED ONE Music is an authorized retailer for each of the brands available on our website. As such, your purchase is authorized for the manufacturer's warranty in Canada.

        In store pick-ups

        • To be eligible for a store pick-up, please review the criteria below:
        • If your order is paid by credit card, you then qualify for a store pick-up. Note that once you pick-up your order, you must present a valid government photo ID as well as the original credit card used during the purchase. The name and address must match the name and billing/shipping address associated to the order.
        • If your order is paid by e-transfer, you then qualify for a store pick-up. You must present a valid government photo ID to match the name appearing on the e-transfer information.
        • If your order is paid by Paybright, you then qualify for a store pick-up. You must present a valid government photo ID to match the name appearing on the Paybright application.
        • Please note that all orders paid using PayPal will not qualify for store pick-up. If you paid by credit card using the PayPal platform, this payment method will also not qualify for store pick-up. 

        In-Store Pickup

        All orders that are picked-up in store must sign the release form acknowledging the reception of your
        order. Note that Music Red One may request to take a copy of your government photo ID to add to this
        acknowledgement form.
