The first voice is reminiscent of a modern active pickup - tight bass, crisp highs, and a touch of growl. The second voice is a high-output humbucker tone made for distortion and designed to growl. The Fluence Modern Humbucker Alnico pickup's first voice is reminiscent of a modern active pickup - boosted mids and great articulation and dynamics. The second voice is an exclusive Fluence sound with a clean, crisp, and fluid tone.

The maple/walnut/padauk neck on the E-1 SLS Evil Twin is cut to an ultra-thin "C" profile with a satin finish for smooth handling and hours of comfortable playing.
