Refund Policy

Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from RedOne Music Canada. If you are not completely happy, we accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date for store credit only, minus any applicable restocking fees and shipping costs.
  • Opened items are subject to a restocking fee of 15%–25%, depending on the condition of the item.
  • Returned items must include all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and any other materials. Items not returned in brand-new condition, showing signs of wear or damage, may be subject to additional charges.
  • All return requests must be authorized in advance by contacting our customer service team. An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form will be provided and must be included in the returned package.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, including any fees that were waived as part of a free shipping promotion.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges on the following items:

  • Custom or special order items
  • Used or clearance products
  • Opened computer hardware or software
  • Consumable products such as replacement lamps, cartridges, fluid for effects, or tape
  • Items sold as final sale

Due to hygiene concerns, headphones and microphones can only be returned if they are in factory-sealed packaging.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your product is damaged during shipping, you must submit a claim to our customer service within 24-48 hours of receiving the item.
  • Please provide photos of the exterior of the box, inside packaging, and the damaged product to initiate a claim.
  • Defective items may be returned for an exchange within 30 days of the purchase date.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued by e-transfer to the email associated with your account. A $5 service fee will be deducted if the e-transfer is not accepted within 15 days or if a change of email is requested after the transfer is sent.
  • Refunds will only be issued for authorized returns. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is authorized, you will receive detailed instructions and a return label if applicable.
