Free Shipping
- Free shipping is available on selected products only for orders over $200 (before taxes).
- Free shipping applies only if all items in your cart qualify.
- Shipping is valid within Canada, excluding Newfoundland, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Yukon.
- Orders will be shipped by the carrier of our choice, unless otherwise specified.
- PO box deliveries are handled by Canada Post only.
- Orders requiring a signature upon delivery will be sent accordingly.
- RedOne Music Canada reserves the right to modify shipping fees or refuse orders that don’t meet the free shipping criteria.
Additional Shipping Fees
Additional fees may apply for:
- Tailgate delivery not requested in advance.
- Inside delivery requests.
- Restricted access, extra handling, or heavy/bulky shipments.
- Address errors or failed delivery attempts requiring re-delivery.
Export Policy
- International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, and brokerage fees, which are the customer's responsibility.
- We are not responsible for unclaimed or undeliverable packages due to incorrect or missing information.
- If your package is returned, it is your responsibility to coordinate with the carrier and cover any associated fees.
Damage and Claims

An item is considered “lost” if it is never reported as “delivered,” and if 7 days have passed since the last tracking status update for domestic shipments, and 10 days for international shipments, including Canada. A claim must be filed within 15 days of the last tracking update.

In case, the customer did not receive the package, but it is marked as "delivered", a claim must be filed within maximum of 15 days of the “delivery date,” but no sooner than 5 days to account for the possibility that the package may be found on the premises or has been marked “delivered” prematurely by the carrier.

All damages must be reported to customer service within 24-48 hours of delivery.Music Red One will require evidence of the damaged item (photos, videos, etc.) as part of the claims filing process, as well as any other relevant information deemed necessary by the customer service agent.
- Please provide photos of the shipping box, the packaging, and the damaged product for us to process your claim.
Important Notes
- Orders with mismatched billing names and credit card names may experience delays.
- Free shipping does not apply to return shipping costs; return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- Once a tracking number to the items is provided, it is the customer's responsibility to monitor the shipment and ensure successful delivery.
Incorrect Shipping Address
If the shipping address provided at the time of purchase is incomplete, incorrect, or invalid, the package may be returned to RedOne. In such cases, all shipping fees (including return shipping, if applicable) will be charged to the customer.
However, at our sole discretion, we may agree to cancel the original order provided that the customer places a new identical order with a corrected shipping address. A new order must be submitted to ensure delivery to the correct address.
