Paiste's 2002 Sound Edge Hi-hats, with their distinctive wavy bottoms and mid-heavy B8 bronze construction, have been leading the way in rock music production and live sound projection for years. And now it's easier than ever to get your hands on the cutting output and clean, glassy partials these cymbals are best known for. The Paiste 2002 15" Sound Edge hi-hat top is one half of the equation. Pair with the bottom of your choice to achieve a crisp attack and a mean, musical wash when pushed.

Part of the Paiste 2002 series
Paiste 2002 series cymbals are handcrafted from Paiste's proprietary 2002 B8 bronze alloy. This series is full, bright, complex, and energetic, with presence and projection to cut through a mix. They have a crisp, focused character and are, above all, eminently musical. Each 2002 Sound Edge hi-hat cymbal is handcrafted in Switzerland using the same guarded cymbal-making techniques that Paiste has employed for decades. Get your hands on one half of this classic rock combo — take home the 15" Sound Edge hi-hat top and create the hi-hat pairing of your dreams.
