Numark Product Warranty

Warranty Period
U.S.A.: 1 year from date of purchase (90 days for factory-refurbished merchandise).
Outside U.S.A.: 1 year from date of purchase.
Warranty applies to original purchasers from authorized Numark dealers only and is non-transferable.

Coverage
Covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service.
Refurbished items: covered for 90 days from original retail sale.

Exclusions
Damage from improper installation, handling, external electrical faults, or unauthorized modifications.
Products with removed/illegible serial numbers.
Normal wear (cosmetic or mechanical), transit damage, or non-U.S. purchases (for U.S. warranty).
Products purchased from unauthorized dealers.

Service Process
Obtain an RMA number
Return product with proof of purchase, serial number, and original packaging (plus one outer layer).
Repaired products are covered for the remainder of the original warranty or 90 days (whichever is longer).
Customer covers shipping (unless required otherwise by local law).

Limitations of Liability
No coverage for special, incidental, consequential, or indirect damages, loss of profits, or injury arising from use/misuse.
Warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy, superseding all other express warranties.
Some jurisdictions may not allow certain exclusions or limitations; local laws may grant additional rights.
