IK Multimedia Warranty

Warranty Period:
2 years worldwide for retail hardware products.
90 days for accessories (cables, power supplies, travel bags, etc.).
Applies only to the original purchaser of products bought from IK’s online store or authorized dealers, registered within 15 days of purchase.

Coverage:
Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
IK Multimedia must be able to duplicate the defect at its facilities to approve service.

Exclusions:
Damage due to abuse, misuse, abnormal handling, accidental damage, extreme temperature or humidity, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, or repairs.
Damage caused by other products.
Items purchased from unauthorized resellers or not listed on the IK webstore are sold as-is with no warranty.

Service Procedure:
Contact IK Tech Support to diagnose the problem.
Obtain a Return Authorization number from Customer Service.
Ship the product to the designated service center with proof of purchase and the Product Return Form.

US/Canada/Central & South America: IK Multimedia US, LLC, Sunrise, FL
Other countries: Contact local distributor or Europe/US offices for instructions
Customer is responsible for shipping to the service center; return shipping for warranty-approved repairs is covered.

Important Notes:
Warranty is non-transferable and valid only in the country of original purchase.
Items not purchased from authorized dealers or not listed on the IK webstore have no warranty.
IK Multimedia’s decision on warranty eligibility is final.
