ddrum Warranty

Warranty Periods:
Drum shells – Lifetime (for defects under normal use, inspected by ddrum Service Division)
Drum shell finishes – 2 years
Hardware (stands, pedals, relevant parts/components/hoops) – 2 years
Electronics and triggers – 1 year
Includes triggers, percussion pads, electronic kits, electronic accessories, headphones, modules/interfaces, amplifiers, cables

Coverage:
Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the specified warranty period.

Exclusions (all categories):
Damage due to misuse, abuse, normal wear, extreme temperature/humidity
Alteration or modification
Accidental or intentional damage
Shipping damage
Cosmetic damage for plated or lacquered finishes
Accessories like drum heads, sticks, cymbals, beaters, springs, straps, bass drum hoop finishes
Products purchased from unauthorized dealers

Service Process:
Must provide original proof of purchase and Return Authorization (RA) number
Ship product at purchaser’s expense (freight, packaging, insurance)
Only ddrum Service Department can perform warranty adjustments, repairs, or replacements; unauthorized repairs void warranty
