Description

The black AVC16-14-16DE Portable Cable Storage Reel with Storage Drum Extension from Hannay Reels is ideal for use in communication, broadcast and pro audio applications. This versatile reel features a steel frame and aluminum spool construction with a non-reflective finish. Additionally, a handle allows for easy carrying. An adjustable cam-lock drag brake locks the cable in place.

The drum extension allow access to both ends of the cable. You can have a short amount of cable on the extension while the rest is on the reel, which allows you to plug in both ends without having to remove all the cable from the reel. Without it you would have to pull all the cable off the reel to access both ends, since one end would be buried under the rest of the cable on the spool.
