MEINL Percussion Warranty

Warranty Period:
2 years from the date of original retail purchase through an Authorized MEINL Percussion Dealer.

Coverage:
Defects in material or workmanship
Replacement at no charge for defective products

Exclusions:
Damage due to accident, neglect, misuse, or unauthorized repair/alteration
Lost products
Non-durable or consumable items: heads, shoulder straps, zippers, tuning ropes, cowbell beaters, wood blocks, rattan shakers

Other Notes:
Warranty applies only to the original purchaser
Replaced products remain under the remainder of the original warranty period
Products shipped without prior consent or a Return Authorization Number (RMA) will be refused.
