Gator Cases Warranty

Warranty Period:
Limited Lifetime Warranty on manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the original owner
Moving Parts and Electronics: Covered for 1 year from purchase
Discontinued Items: Supported for 1 year from discontinuation or original purchase date, whichever is later

Coverage:
Replacement of defective products or replacement with a comparable product of similar value and condition at Gator Cases’ discretion

Limitations and Exclusions:
Warranty applies only to original owner with proof of purchase
Does not cover loss of personal property, loss of use, accidental damage, misuse, normal wear and tear, airline/freight damage, exposure to extreme conditions, or items housed within the cases

Warranty void if:
Maintenance or repairs are performed by non-Gator-approved service centers
Products are used in a rental capacity
Product purchased second-hand
One-year coverage for discontinued items has expired
After 10 years, claims related to GPR series are time expired (effective December 31, 2018)

Start of Warranty:
Commences on the date of purchase (proof of purchase required)

Obtaining Service:
File a claim online or contact warranty@gatorcases.com
with proof of purchase and photos of the defect
For international purchases, contact Gator with proof of purchase, photos, and country of residence to be directed to a local distributor
Replacement parts may be purchased separately from the Gator Parts Store
