Designed for musicians, mobile DJs, and rental houses, the Electro-Voice EVERSE 12 is a weatherized, battery-powered loudspeaker that features Bluetooth audio and control. With an IP43 rating, the EVERSE 12 is ready to play, rain or shine. The speaker provides 400W of power to drive its 12" woofer and 1" titanium tweeter which offer a frequency response of 65 Hz to 18 kHz (-3 dB) with a maximum SPL of 126 dB.

On the rear, you'll find a pair of combo XLR-1/4" inputs for microphone or line-level signals as well as a 3.5mm aux input. A Bluetooth receiver allows you to stream audio from your favorite portable device. A free Bluetooth app provides wireless access to factory voicings, compression, EQ, and effects, allowing you to dial in your best sound from anywhere in the room. Pole-mount it into a subwoofer or speaker stand for a DJ set or lay it horizontal on the floor of a stage, where it can serve as a wedge for musicians as they perform. It also can be used as a kickback monitor for added versatility.

Replaceable Battery Pack with Long Run Time

The EVERSE 12 battery pack will provide over 6 hours of constant music playback at maximum output levels or over 12 hours 95 dB SPL average. EVERSE 8 has integrated power-saving features to extend battery life when no signal is present.

Professional-Level Output with Electro-Voice Sound Quality

The EVERSE 12 features a 12" woofer with SST port and a 1" titanium dome tweeter, which produces over 126 dB SPL max and frequency response from 55 Hz to 20 kHz (-10 dB). The 100 x 60° waveguide ensures even coverage across all frequencies. Two additional monitor angles (30 and 55°) ensure the right coverage and position for any situation.

QuickSmart DSP

QuickSmartDSP features best-in-class processing powered by Dynacord. Easy setup via seven-band GEQ for main EQ, user-programmable presets, visual monitoring of limiter status, input level control and meters, digital effect control, and master volume control to optimize gain structure, all via LCD or the free QuickSmart Mobile app.

QuickSmart Mobile App and Electro-Voice's Intuitive User Interface

The EVERSE 12 features Electro-Voice's intuitive QuickSmart DSP with single encoder interface for simple and quick setup. EVERSE 12 can be paired via Bluetooth to a mobile device with the QuickSmart Mobile app installed to provide easy remote control of all audio functions. The QuickSmart Mobile app allows pairing and grouping of up to 6 speakers, in any combination, including EVERSE 12, ELX200 powered family, and the EVOLVE family.

High-Quality Stereo Bluetooth Streaming

The EVERSE 12 features Bluetooth streaming, using the AptX-I-ID codec for high-quality stereo audio streaming with compatible devices. Two EVERSE 12 speakers can be paired for True Wireless Stereo (TWS), streaming from a mobile device.

Built-In Digital Mixer

The EVERSE 12 features a built-in 4-channel mixer with FX, EQ, automatic feedback suppression and ducking functions. The mixer includes two XLR-1/4" combo jacks, including 48V phantom power on input 1 (XLR) and Hi-Z compatibility on input 2 (TRS). The mixer also includes stereo Bluetooth, a 3.5mm aux input, and USB-C connector for charging your portable devices.

Expandable Functionality

The integrated 12 VDC port provides convenient power from the EVERSE battery, perfect for powering a wireless microphone system. Attach the larger accessory tray to the top of your EVERSE to secure receiver hardware in place. A charging port is included for mobile devices if you need a top-up when streaming. Place on a tripod for a longer throw, set long-side-down as a stage monitor, or use upright with the kick-back angle to project up off the performance area.
