The AEB105E's spruce top, sapele back and sides, and mahogany neck are tonewoods that produce a stellar low end with a touch of punchy midrange coloring. A purpleheart bridge and fingerboard also add to the tonal quality of this fine instrument and its beautiful response and feel. A Fishman Sonicore pickup and Ibanez AEQ-SP2 preamp with onboard tuner deliver great amplified sound.
