Description
The TV Jones T-Armond uses larger alnico cylinder magnets and very thin magnet wire. The coils are short and squatty - similar to a P-90 pickup coil. The result is a full-bodied harmonic tone. The adjustable cylinder magnets enable each string to be dialed in for perfect string-to-string balance. Tom designed the T-Armond set after Brian Setzer's Silver Jet, used on his Dirty Boogie CD. This guitar spent many hours on Tom's workbench over the years.

Specifications
  • Bridge: Wider pole spacing, which places a magnet directly under each string, results in optimum string separation and output. This pickup is wound with thinner magnet wire to enhance it's thicker tone.
  • DC Resistance: 12.0K, Inductance: 4.56H
  • Neck: The neck pickup has a clear, transparent and balanced tone with less string pull.
  • DC Resistance: 8.2K, Inductance: 3.38H
  • Likeness/Derived from: Traditional 1950's DeArmond pickup. Brian Setzer's Gretsch Silver Jet.
  • Mount works best for guitars equipped with DyanaSonic or DeArmond pickups

Warranty
TV Jones, Inc. strives for 100% customer satisfaction with all our pickups. New pickups are guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of two years. All pickups are thoroughly tested at various stages along the manufacturing process. We stand behind our products and want a chance to fix a problem if one occurs.

The warranty applies only to the original purchaser. If you have purchased the pickup through a dealer, please contact them directly for handling warranty-related matters. Pickups purchased pre-installed as “Original Equipment” on manufacturer’s guitars must be handled directly with the original guitar manufacturer.

Disconnecting the leads at the pickup or removing the coil tape will void the warranty. Breaking the solder joint on pickups with metal covers will void the warranty. Obvious abuse, misuse, or other alteration of the pickup will also void the warranty.
