It's an out-and-out SRV tonefest in a single stompbox. What's more, the SansAmp Character Plus's amplifier and overdrive sounds function separately, enabling you to use them together or independent of one another. The SansAmp Character Plus boasts 100% analog circuitry — no digital simulations here. You can use it as a standard stompbox, or you can deploy it as a standalone preamp straight into a power amplifier, a mixer, or a PA system. An integrated speaker simulation, a 3-band active EQ, and a rugged all-metal housing round out the SansAmp Character Plus Screaming Blonde's impressive features.
