Warranty Period:
7 years: EON ONE Compact, EON700 Series, EON ONE MK2, PRX900 Series, PRX ONE (batteries: 3 years)
5 years: BRX, SRX, VRX, VTX1 Series, Pro Transducers sold standalone or as part of a system
3 years: IRX Series, Pro Amplifiers sold standalone or as part of a system
2 years: Duran, Intellivox, Axys products, Pro Enclosures and Accessories sold standalone or as part of a system
1 year: Used/refurbished products (B-stock)
Warranty valid only for products purchased from Harman Professional Authorized Dealers in the U.S.
Coverage:
Defects in materials and workmanship.
Exclusions:
Damage from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, natural forces, or modification.
Damage during shipment (even if arranged by Harman).
Failure to follow owner’s manual instructions or perform proper maintenance.
Repairs by unauthorized personnel.
Commercial or industrial use when not specified by Harman.
Damage to decorative surfaces, data, software, or accessories.
Normal wear of consumable parts (batteries, ear pads, foam pads).
Installation, setup, calibration, or adjustment issues.
Remedy:
At Harman’s discretion: repair, replacement, or refund of the original purchase price.
Replacement parts/products assume only the remainder of the original warranty period.
Transferability:
Warranty applies only to the original end-user and is non-transferable.
Shipping:
Customer responsible for transport to service; Harman may cover return shipping if the repair is warranty-covered.
Unauthorized repair voids warranty.
Disclaimer:
Exclusive remedy under warranty; all other warranties, express or implied (including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose), are disclaimed or limited to the warranty duration.
Harman is not liable for incidental or consequential damages.
