Description

The IPAV HDMI Encoder with H.265/H.264 from DVDO is designed to be used with a separately available AV over IP decoder to input HDMI video at resolutions of up to 1920 x 1080p and output over IP. This encoder features an HDMI input port, an RJ45 LAN port for IP output and LAN management, and it can embed audio via the analog 3-pin terminal block input. It supports the high-efficiency H.265 and H.264 video codecs.

It supports IR and RS-232 control pass-through, independent RS-232 control, and a signal extension up to 328'. This encoder can be powered using the included single external power supply, or it can be powered using PoE (Power-over-Ethernet) from a separately available decoder. The unit can be configured and added to a wider video matrix using the VDirector app for iPad.
