Warranty Periods:
4000-series pencil microphones and preamplifiers – 5 years
4000-series handheld microphones and wireless adapters – 5 years
2000-series pencil microphones – 2 years
6000-series lavalier microphones – 2 years
4000-series lavalier microphones – 2 years
Headset microphones – 2 years
Instrument microphones – 2 years
Surround sound microphones and kits – 2 years
2000-series handheld microphones and adapters – 2 years
Accessories and adapters – 2 years

Coverage:
Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use
Mechanical functionality in compliance with manufacturer specifications
Matched stereo or surround pairs rematched/calibrated after repair

Exclusions (all categories):
Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or alterations
Mishandling, misuse, abuse, or tampering
Wear and tear
Accidents, force majeure, or events beyond manufacturer control
Damage from connected devices
General maintenance or servicing not covered

Service Process:
Contact the retailer where the product was purchased to send it to the nearest authorized DPA service center
Warranty repairs are free of charge; out-of-warranty repairs incur a service fee
Discontinued products are supported for the duration of the announced warranty period; after expiration, spare parts and support are phased out
