Behringer Warranty

Warranty Period: 1 year from date of purchase; extendable to 3 years with registration within 90 days (excludes certain components and accessories).
Eligibility: Applies to the original end-user only; non-transferable. Must be purchased from an authorized Behringer reseller and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Coverage: Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

Exclusions:
Improper use, accident, abuse, misapplication, or unauthorized modifications.
Normal wear and tear.
Removal or alteration of serial number.
Damage from natural disasters.
Software/firmware unless expressly covered.
Non-Behringer products.

Special Warranty Terms:
Bundled Accessories & Consumables (e.g., cables, batteries, fuses, tubes, footswitches, dust covers): 90 days.
Certain Components (e.g., displays, faders, speakers, potentiometers): 1 year, not eligible for extended warranty.
Accessory Products (e.g., stands, covers, cables, low-voltage power supplies): 1 year, not eligible for extended warranty.

Liability: Limited to repair or replacement with new or reconditioned parts; replaced parts are not returned. No coverage for incidental or consequential damages.
Service Process: Contact the authorized reseller or submit a support ticket via the Music Tribe Community website. An RA (Return Authorization) number is required before sending in a product. Freight must be prepaid.
Repair Timeline Goal: Aim to repair or replace within 1 week once received.
