Thanks to its six 8-channel DB25 connectors, the Studio Bridge’s 24-in, 24-out multitrack recording, summing, and multi-bus mixing suite is teeming with flexible musicality. Its design eschews preamps to give you complete control of your recording configuration without sacrificing the distinctive analog panache imparted onto each track from an external console, outboard gear, or the Studio Bridge’s onboard circuitry. With every channel operating at line level, a world of modular mixing emerges, making the Studio Bridge a powerful supplement to virtually any studio or live arrangement that doesn’t compromise capability for its hassle-free transportation. In fact, recording couldn’t be easier with the Studio Bridge, thanks to its convenient, surface-mounted SDXC card reader. Its punch-in, punch-out design allows you to swap cards quickly, each of which supports a maximum capacity of 512GB, giving you ample space for 24 tracks of true multitrack recording in full stereo, up to 48kHz/24-bit.

Onboard DAW transport controls let you immediately integrate this 24-channel titan into your setup, with malleable multi-bus summing options allowing you to imbue any natively digital audio with the console's lush analog veneer. If DAWless designs are your jam, then TASCAM has you covered, as the Studio Bridge features a slew of built-in MIDI processing, including MIDI Sync, MIDI Time Code (MTC) support, and a dedicated 5-pin MIDI input and output. Moreover, the Studio Bridge includes internal tempo control, a metronome, tap tempo, and a 1/4-inch click out. Despite what initial impressions could imply, the Studio Bridge is as capable of mix monitoring as its menagerie of recording possibilities. The included Meter Bridge software allows you to monitor and adjust levels for every channel, including the stereo master bus, straight from your Mac or PC. In addition to the plug-and-play DAW transport controls, the expanded Studio Bridge ecosystem and Meter Bridge software multiplies the menagerie of modular possibilities that this multifunctional machine supports.

WHAT IS COVERED AND WHAT IS NOT COVERED

Except as specified below, this warranty covers all defects in material and workmanship in the product. The following are not covered by the warranty:

1.Damage to or deterioration of the external cabinet or surface.
2.Damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect.
3.Damage resulting from failure to perform basic daily maintenance and/or calibration, or otherwise resulting from failure to follow instructions contained in the product owner's manual.
4.Damage occurring during shipment of the product (claims must be presented to the carrier).
5. The use of non-TEAC parts and services, unauthorized service technicians and do-it-yourself repairs are not eligible for warranty reimbursement.
6.Damage resulting from causes other than product defects, including lack of technical skill, competence, or experience of the user.
7.Damage to any unit which has been altered or on which the serial number has been defaced, modified, or removed.
8. Warning: For TEAC products that are FDA and/or FAA certified the use of non-TEAC parts, unauthorized service technicians and do-it-yourself repairs could de-certify the unit.
9. Products not purchased from an authorized TASCAM dealer in the United States.

WHO MAY ENFORCE THE WARRANTY

This warranty may be enforced only by the original purchaser.

LENGTH OF WARRANTY

One (1) year including parts and labor from the date of original purchase.

WHAT WE WILL PAY FOR

We will pay all labor and material expenses for items covered by the warranty. Payment of shipping charges is discussed in the next section of this warranty.

HOW YOU CAN GET WARRANTY SERVICE

Your unit must be serviced by an authorized TASCAM service station in the United States. (This warranty is not enforceable outside the U.S.) If you are unable to locate an authorized TASCAM service station in your area, please contact us. We either will refer you to an authorized service station or instruct you to return the unit to the factory. Whenever warranty service is required, you must present both the original dated sales receipt and this warranty statement as proof of warranty coverage.
You must pay any shipping charges if it is necessary to ship the product for service. However, if the necessary repairs are covered by the warranty, we will pay return surface shipping charges to any destination within the United States.

LIMITATION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES

Any implied warranties, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, are limited in duration to the length of this warranty.

EXCLUSION OF DAMAGES

TEAC's liability for any defective product is limited to repair or replacement of the product, at TEAC's option. TEAC shall not be liable for:

1.Damages based upon inconvenience, loss of use of the product, loss of time, interrupted operation or commercial loss; or
2.Any other damages, whether incidental, consequential or otherwise.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts and/or do not allow the exclusion or limitations of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you.

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING FEES

Music Red One offers free shipping on orders that exceed $200; however, reserves the right to charge additional shipping fees for the following delivery services:

  • Shipment that requires a tailgate delivery but was not mentioned prior to the delivery.
  • Shipment resulting in inside delivery.
  • Deliveries with a limited access, and/or additional handling depending on the weight and size of the shipment.
  • Address error or absence of consignee requiring a second or more attempt to complete a delivery.

 

RETURNS

  • All returned opened items are subject to a min 15% to maximum 25% restocking fee.
  • All returned items can take up to 10-14 days to be processed.
  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, returns will be accepted for store credit (less restocking fee & shipping) within 30 days of invoice date.
  • RED ONE Music will accept returns for defective goods that you have ordered from us within 30 days of invoice date for exchange only.
  • All Returns must contain all associated packaging and materials (ie accessories, manuals, wires, etc). Merchandise that is not returned in brand-new condition, including damages, abuse, marks, showing wear, or with missing packaging or accessories, will be subject to additional charges. Shipping and Handling charges (delivery and return) are non-refundable, including any shipping fees not directly incurred that are part of a free shipping promotion. Any items packaged with software, including but not limited to, DJ Controllers, Audio Interfaces, etc., must be returned with the original software disc including serial number and proof of deactivation.
  • Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for the following types of products: Customized, special order, used products, clearance products, expendable items, cartridges, replacement lamps/bulbs, opened computer hardware, rigging supplies, tape, needles, cleaner kits, effect fluid or juice, software, gels, music, displays/televisions/monitors or parts (replacement, repair or item components) - these products are final sale.
  • Returns or exchanges for the following items will only be accepted if they are in factory sealed packaging due to hygienic reasons: headphones & microphones.
  • All returns made MUST be authorized in advance by a customer service representative - and paper work dispatched to you via email. Your RMA form must be included in the box and your RMA number located on the waybill / packaging. Any returned items that arrive without prior approval or missing documentation may be rejected by our shippers. Once received, returns will be processed within 5 business days.
  • If your parcel was damaged in transport, please visit our Help Center and submit a ticket with your order number and include a picture of the exterior of the box, the interior of the box, and of the damaged product. No claims will be accepted without these pictures.
  • If you happen to receive a parcel that got damaged during transport, we must obtain the the following pictures in order to swiftly process a replacement:
    - outside of the shipping box along with a photo of the shipping label
    - inside packaging of the shipping box
    - the damaged unit itself
  • Refunds by e-transfer will be issued to the email address that is associated with your customer profile. The password will be sent to you in a separate email once the refund has been issued. Please note that a $5 service fee will be deducted from your total refund amount if:
    • e-transfer is not accepted in 15 calendar days
    • a change of email address is requested once the e-transfer has already been sent
    • a typo or error has been made in the email address that is associated to your customer profile

        • RED ONE Music is an authorized retailer for each of the brands available on our website. As such, your purchase is authorized for the manufacturer's warranty in Canada.

        In store pick-ups

        • To be eligible for a store pick-up, please review the criteria below:
        • If your order is paid by credit card, you then qualify for a store pick-up. Note that once you pick-up your order, you must present a valid government photo ID as well as the original credit card used during the purchase. The name and address must match the name and billing/shipping address associated to the order.
        • If your order is paid by e-transfer, you then qualify for a store pick-up. You must present a valid government photo ID to match the name appearing on the e-transfer information.
        • If your order is paid by Paybright, you then qualify for a store pick-up. You must present a valid government photo ID to match the name appearing on the Paybright application.
