Description

The ultimate music-production centerpiece for any modern commercial, project, or personal studio, the Apogee Electronics Symphony Mk II Pro Tools HD/Dante Interface with 16x16 SE and 2x6 SE Modules is designed to deliver high-performance A/D and D/A conversion at up to 192 kHz for mixing and mastering engineers using Pro Tools HD systems and Dante networked audio. The included 16x16 SE and 2x6 SE I/O modules offer stunning dynamic range with low distortion and noise for mastering-grade sonic quality. The system is Dolby-Atmos ready.

This configuration gives you a total of 18 analog inputs on two XLR connectors and two DB-25 connectors, plus 22 analog outputs on three DB-25 connectors. Additional XLR connectors allow for two channels of AES I/O. You also get up to eight channels of ADAT I/O via optical connectors and two channels of S/PDIF I/O via RCA connectors. The chassis utilizes Mini-DigiLink and ethernet-based Dante connectivity for high-speed data transfer rates and compatibility with your Pro Tools HD hardware and Dante network. Its front panel presents a TFT touchscreen display, multifunction control knob, and convenient 1/4" stereo headphone output.

Apogee Electronics Symphony I/O Mk II Pro Tools HD / Dante Interface (No I/O Modules)

The Apogee Electronics Symphony I/O Mk II Pro Tools HD / Dante Interface is an audio interface designed to provide direct connectivity to Dante audio networks and Pro Tools HD systems, for recording and mixing engineers in broadcast, postproduction, studio, and live stage applications. It features primary and secondary Dante ports, a Mini-DigiLink port, BNC loop sync I/O, and BNC word clock I/O. A stereo 1/4" headphone jack enables quick and effective monitoring with a variety of headphone impedances.

Configure and control the chassis via the color touchscreen display and large rotary control on the front panel, or enjoy comprehensive remote control of its settings by using Apogee's Network Control software on your macOS or Windows 10 computer. Install multiple I/O cards (available separately) for up to thirty-two channels of analog inputs and outputs. The Symphony I/O Mk II is made in the USA and ships with a power cable.

Apogee Electronics 16x16 SE Module Analog Input/Output Module for Symphony I/O Mk II

Audio professionals looking for the very best converters will appreciate the updated Apogee Electronics 16x16 SE Module, a sixteen-channel analog input and sixteen-channel analog output module for the Symphony I/O Mk II. The module occupies one of the two slots available on the chassis. Additionally, two-channel coaxial S/PDIF input and output is also provided. The A/D circuit has been refined to offer a streamlined circuit design, resulting in the most transparent signal path to the A/D stage possible.

The D/A section has been optimized with a more powerful and robust output driver that is capable of driving virtually any input without a decrease in performance, regardless of the load presented by the connected gear. The analog inputs and outputs are offered on DB-25 connectors and require optional breakout cables, available in various configurations to suit individual requirements.

Its analog I/O includes two inputs on XLR 3-pin jacks and six outputs on a DB25 connector. Additional XLR, TOSLINK optical, and RCA coaxial jacks provide connectivity for AES/EBU, ADAT, and S/PDIF digital inputs and outputs.
