Description

Add the Automated Camera Presentation Kit with Voice Tracking from Datavideo to your streaming conference system for high-quality transmissions, speaker auto-tracking, and switching capabilities. This kit pairs the VTC-100 dual-lens PTZ camera with AI voice tracking and 12x optical zoom with the iCast Mini dual channel switcher/touchscreen controller for HDMI cameras.

Add a high-resolution PTZ camera to your conference room, education setting, live event, house of worship, or remote video conference with this VTC-100 Dual-Lens AI Voice-Tracking PTZ Camera with 12x Optical Zoom from Datavideo. The camera features pan, tilt, and zoom control via a remote control or via IP/NDI and serial protocols, and its built-in zoom lens offers an optical zoom range of 12x with a 16x digital zoom to view just about any angle in your setting. The camera features two built-in lenses and AI-powered voice tracking to ensure your speaker stays on camera at all times.

The camera captures up to 1080p60, allowing you to utilize high-quality video for your broadcasts and internet streams using RTSP/RTMP, SRT, NDI HX3, or ONVIF protocols. You can also output video via the HDMI, SDI, or USB/UVC outputs. Control the camera via a separately available controller via NDI, IP, IR, or serial communications.

AI-Enhanced Voice Tracking
The VTC-100 supports AI-powered voice tracking and features a a dual-lens design—combining a wide panoramic view and a close-up PTZ lens with automatic framing. It automatically detects and frames the active speaker in real-time, delivering smooth, professional video without active control.

Outputs
The camera sends video over its HDMI, 3G-SDI, or USB/UVC ports to compatible HDMI or SDI video converters, switchers, recorders, or other devices. It can also live stream video via the LAN Ethernet port, and it also supports NDI HX3 streaming.

Presets and Control
With 254 programmable preset positions, you can set the camera to rapidly move between positions using a variety of protocols including DVIP and NDI over your LAN, RS-422 using an optional serial controller, or IR control using the included IR remote.

 

It supports VISCA, Pelco-P, and Pelco-D remote serial control support over RS-422.

NDI Support
With NDI PTZ cameras, you can easily set up a multi-camera production environment, enabling you to capture different angles and perspectives for dynamic and engaging content. NDI enables high-quality, low-latency video transmissions with easily integrated controls, scalability, and the ability to save cabling.

Codecs and Streaming
The camera compresses using the common, high-quality H.264 and H.265 protocols for streaming over your LAN, and you can simultaneously encode two live video streams using standard SRT, RTSP, or RTMP(S) protocols that are compatible with a variety of internet streaming sites.

 

Multiple Network Protocols: NDI HX3, RTSP, RTMP, ONVIF, and VISCA-over-IP protocols and support, easy to link to a streaming media server.

Tally
There is a red/green tally light on the camera, so your room will know whether the camera is on or off.

Audio Input
The camera supports external audio input via its 3.5mm stereo line-level input or via the USB-A input.

Compatibility
Compatible with optional serial controllers such as the RMC-2P, RMC-180 series, and RMC-300 series.

 

You can mount the camera via the 1/4"-20 threaded mounting thread on the bottom. You can also utilize a separately available VTC-100 wall mount kit if you prefer to mount the camera on a wall.

Power Options
The camera is powered by the included power adapter or via PoE over a Cat 6 cable and a supported PoE network to save cabling.

Only one multi-camera video presentation operator available? That's no problem with the iCast Mini 4K Dual Channel Presentation Switcher from Datavideo. This compact switcher features a built-in 7" touchscreen that provides easy control of your PTZ cameras, switching presentation sources, and streaming conferences.

Versatile I/O
The switcher features two HDMI camera inputs for PTZ cameras, and it features an HDMI output and a UVC-enabled USB-C output to send video to a computer running conferencing apps such as Zoom, Teams, and Meet. You can also input audio via dual 3-pin XLR inputs and output audio via stereo RCA outputs. The switcher is also compatible with IP and RS-232/422 serial connections for controlling PTZ cameras.

Easy-to-Use Touchscreen Switcher
From small-scale corporate training sessions to mid-sized hybrid classrooms or conference halls, the iCast mini is a great fit for your online presentation needs with only a single operator. With the one-button-one-function feature on a unique and easy-to-use touch panel control, even novice users will be able to operate this device.

Merge Online and Offline Teaching
Without changing the current classroom setting, the iCast mini can deliver video and audio to any video conferencing platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet via the UVC interface with a USB-C cable. You don't need to install drivers or perform any configuration.

Touch Panel Interface
An intuitive graphical user interface on a 7" touch panel with an anti-fingerprint protection provides you with a clear view from any angle.

Videos and PIP Mode
Switch rapidly between your presentation and the camera input or overlay a PIP (Picture-in-Picture) window on the program video. You can also swap between the program out video and the PIP image, thereby enhancing the quality of your presentation.

Custom Identification Images for Key Icons
Using a real image as your key icon allows you to easily identify the camera view that is saved in the key. You can capture camera images and save them as thumbnails, which are applied to icons of shortcut keys on the Home screen. Simply pressing the thumbnail will send the PTZ camera to the pre-saved position. In addition to image keys, you can use the device's built-in graphical icons for better identification. Hundreds of these icons are preloaded on the device for intuitive operation.

Image Key + Graphic Key
Graphical icons can co-exist with the image icons. They not only simplify your workflow but make operation faster and easier.

Remote Camera Control
You can use Datavideo PTZ cameras such as the PTC-145/285 Smart PTZ with smart-tracking technology with the iCast Mini. When using the switcher with Datavideo's BC-15P or other non-PTZ cameras, you can hide the camera presets on the UI and simply display panes that allow you to switch between camera images and presentation contents which can be swapped with PIP images. In this way, the keys are enlarged to facilitate operations.

Control Interface
Using an Ethernet cable, you will be able to control Datavideo's PTC camera series via the RS-232/422 or DVIP interface, such as pan and tilt settings, image size, brightness, contrast, etc, making sure that the cameras always generate high-quality images. You can also customize the PIP window with size and position, border color, and border size.

Volume Control
Audio is an integral part of any production, and iCast mini is packed with powerful audio features. Audio mixing, mic input format setting and audio-to-video synchronization ensure your audio needs are covered.

Audio Mixer
The audio mixer allows you adjust audio levels and synchronize audio from multiple multimedia sources. With the configurable channel type, you can set the audio channel to either stereo or mono for a more balanced mic input. You can also synchronize live video and audio with the built-in audio delay function.
